Meditation experience

Further, we go advance; this is a next-level experience of me trying new things with the meditation technique after quite some years of experience. People want their lives to be better but never want to build a better life. We cannot achieve a designed life unless we practice it on a routine; like we need friends around us but how much time do we spend cultivating it? We want a happy morning and how many mornings do we practice meditation or greet our family members? Change is brought from us and we don’t need to search for a friend but be a kind person to everyone.

Getting lighter

when I started meditation it was like people just guiding me to think nothing which was harder and since I have been practicing this from every stage of my life; I started to feel lighter like floating in the air not physically. I even started to wobble when I feel lighter and I lose my concentration and I start it from the beginning. I was excited to feel this and finally, I started to make this experience more memorable so I never stopped this practice. The picture below shows the bird can fly but needed a balance to get the food our aim is the same; I can be lighter but I needed to stay lighter which is harder.

Feeling off with concentration

Meanwhile, I was off-centered and I could not make ample time to practice or the environment got out of control like my place of stay was crowded to practice, while I was alone I used to catch with current affairs, go for a walk and play physical sports that helped me to overcome temporarily; I became active curiosity builds up and I cannot stop exploring. It was challenging to achieve concentration and entering a self-isolated place; later this helped in my high-pressure situation and nervousness during my presentation while approaching a crowd.

Finding acquaintance

Most of us heard that it would be great if we had an acquaintance to help motivated and is good for the start; meets all the criteria. I have a friend who suggested that I should start sunbath in the early morning. During the pandemic, I had to try something rather than watching videos on Prime or youtube. Later, when I started it I used to do exercises like warm-ups; this all started to fall in place when I took this time to meditate.

Humans are social animals this struck my mind and then I found a friend to spend time with like talking through the phone or meeting some in person. Things got interesting I spent only 5–10 minutes on the phone where now I have a pretty good network. Most of them were happy to hear my voice and I was happier to hear from them. All-time we need a best friend; we forget to be one. Later, these small memories during the toughest period help me pass through.

Getting Balance

Balance some may also say focus; we need it whenever and whatever the situation we are in. We have a very good distractive mind which searches for new challenges and making them harder.

When it was hard to sit and meditate; I choose to stand later got some insight from flamingo and their behavior of standing in a single leg interesting thing they have their body designed for it. First, I needed the balance to stand in a single leg which is tougher and this makes my meditation to new challenges to find the balance first. Hope to get it faster and start exploring new techniques. The picture down gives you a look at the flamingo in a peaceful sleep state.

Unconsciously, while meditating I focus on my head I begin mewing. This was interesting while I was there was the discussion with one of my friends referring to using the tongue for meditation as also a technique.

Anger Issues

Anger is the worst enemy that breaks every network we built like demolishing a monument and allowing a dark side to rule us. Researchers and experts say that hormone changes are one of the reasons that are why we see a lot of frustrated teens. We in teenage wanted a revolution or freedom or anger towards parents for not appreciating the life we have. Some indeed pass that stage with exceptions. Things are harder than expected and nervousness gets better than us. All of my angry moments are later laughable that is how I eliminated anger. According to nature what birds, insects, and some amphibians eat reflects that color. This is a great discovery that explains why blue is rare. This can be recognized in our way of life, where we feel happy while eating our favorite food and this is reflected in our emotions.

Mental Health

Mental health is important in choosing long-term commitments (career, life partner, individual-owned housing, friends circle). We have to get a routine customized so that our life is smooth later this becomes a problem when we recognize that we are just living in a circle. This all begins in our mind through thoughts and makes us feel. The scapegoat issue is when we feel anger and cannot respond express to the same person. Time agitates the anger while our thoughts relive the scenario finally it comes out to some other way to our loved ones or someone less likely to dominate us. This is temporary but we have to live with it further we feel confused and open up later. Mental health is confusing and tiring even makes us feel worse. We need a place to relax but we are stressed in doing things hastily. This is why we need peace in our lives and in our long-term commitments and meditation can guide us to face these challenges.

Conclusion

At the start it was a competition when you have an acquaintance and later getting the taste of the satisfaction; competition became a journey. Once, we get master in a technique experimenting on several ways to continue it need motivation and curiosity. The human body and mind are a mystery, try to master them. If successful share it. Everyone has their method and please don’t impose it. Feel happy to stay happy; once we master it, continue it as far as we can.
